Our Staff
Anita Human
Anita is the Managing Director of Human Touch. She has 26 years of experience in Health Care and is a Registered Nurse. She regularly advises on clinical matters but provides the drive and directorship of the business.
Dawn Brumfield
Dawn brings a wealth of experience from the NHS. Her most recent role was as a nurse tutor for Peterborough Primary Care Trust within the Walk-in-Centre. She is also a qualified teacher and has a degree in district nursing. She has written many training packages for nurses and joins our training team. Dawn will also be clinically based to maintain patient contact.
Peter Kelly
Peter is one of our EMTs and a team leader. He is also an advanced driving instructor and is responsible for maintaining driving standards within the team. He trains staff in C1 driving.
Dr Richard Cartmel
Dick has been part of the company from the beginning. He is a local General Practitioner and supports the team with training and advice.
Mick Madigan
Mick is a full-time paramedic from London Ambulance Service with 25 years experience. Mick worked for 20 years as a paramedic and 3 years with human Touch. Mick is our Paramedic Clinical Lead.
Dr Mark Tyler
Mark is one of our Medical Directors and a General Practitioner. He has a special interest in dermatology and is a GP Trainer. He also advises the FIA and is a specialist in motor sport medicine, in particular drag racing. He forms part of our training team and advises on specialist medical matters.
Celia Kelly
Celia is the company's General Manager. She combines her expert organisational and management skills in pushing forward the team of staff. Her background is in the finance field and she provides the drive that is required to support a high-performing team.
Roy Human
Roy is the Operations Director and co-owner of Human Touch. Roy's organisational skills were gained from his military background and he ensures standards are fully maintained. Roy has worked for 23 years in the pre-hospital care field and is a very experienced EMT. Roy has managed many large events and is MIMMS trained. He is also a trainer and specialises in our Custody Care courses.
Chris Lanyon
Chris is our Operations Manager and is responsible for the day to day coordination and Management of the HDU and front-line teams. He is a registered paramedic and has worked as a critical care paramedic for MAGPAS. He is aeromedically trained and worked for East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust for 10 years.
Zoe Libotte
Zoe Manages our PTS team, taking calls from customers and facilitating the busy ambulance and car journeys that come through the office. With a team of 30 staff to call on, she is ready to go that extra mile to get the patients at their destination on time.
