Having served for 7 years in both private and public sector jails I can honestly say this is the first time that I have attended a course that has been so 'role-specific', with you giving the newly recruited prison staff many hints and tips on how to remain safe and deal with casualties who are also prisoners.

The use of prison facilities (ie the training cells), and the use of fake wounds etc was ideal and allowed the course attendees to remain focused and interested.
