Food Hygiene
The following courses can be run as in house courses:

·           CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
        Previously called Foundation or Basic Food Hygiene
 
The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector
 
The Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety is now called the Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering
 
Previously called Intermediate Food Hygiene
 
This course takes the Level 2 Award in Food Safety a step further, building on candidate’s knowledge of food hygiene, and developing their ability to ensure that their staff are fulfilling both legislative and company requirements. This course is aimed at people working in food businesses at a supervisory and managerial level.
 
This course is aimed at business owners and/or managers of small and medium
sized catering and hospitality businesses. It aims to assist caterers to implement a
food safety management system based on HACCP to comply with new EU
legislation (1st January 2006).
 
Our Courses are fully CIEH Certificated
